Diane Daniels, Director of Human Resources at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology (BFIT), is an accomplished HR professional with over 12 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Diane is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable BFIT to recruit, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Diane specializes in talent management, developing and implementation on-boarding, training and development, performance management, employee retention, employee relations, and policies and strategies.

Diane holds a BA in Communication and Politics Law and the Courts from Suffolk University, Master of Education in School Administration, and Masters in Human Resources Management both from Emmanuel College in Boston.
