Denyce Holsey, Vice President, Programs and Professional Development. After serving more than 25 years in Human Resources in various leadership capacities in a number of public agencies including Santa Clara County, Alameda County, City of Tracy, City of Pleasanton and the Port of Oakland,

Ms. Holsey now provides consulting and coaching services in the public, private and nonprofit sector. Services as a Human Resources Consultant include: organizational assessment and development; training and staff development; employee and labor relations; performance management; recruitment and retention; and workplace investigations.

Ms. Holsey holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Southern California and a MS in Counseling Psychology from CSU Fullerton. She will obtain coaching certification in April 2017. Ms. Holsey is passionate about coaching and developing employees, managers and executives, strategic planning, organizational assessment and creating meaningful change.
