Christopher E. Lopez, Sr. is a Human Resource Advocacy Professional with over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations/Engagement and Diversity Management. He has developed strategies that have led to permanent solutions for companies within different industries and markets. Chris is currently the Chapter President for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources – Greater Philadelphia. Bringing back home to where it started.
Prior to working at ETS, Chris worked for companies such as; Educational Testing Service (ETS). American Airlines, TelerX (A Merck Subsidiary), AON Hewitt (formerly known as Hewitt Associates), Bluerose Consultant Group (Owner), ARAMARK, Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
Prior to Human Resources, Chris was a Multi-Unit Food and Beverage Leader for Walt Disney World, Delaware North Park Services, Host Marriott Services (HMS Host), Sodexo Foodservices and Woods Foodservice.
As a graduate of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Chris holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management.
Chris has dedicated his professional career to growth, development, advocacy and networking within the hospitality and business communities. In 2010 he was appointed to the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) National Board of Directors as the Northeast Regional Vice President and Co-Leader for the Whine and Dine Networking Group in Plymouth Meeting, PA (Philadelphia Metro Area). Now he pulls double duty as the CoLeader for the Princeton, NJ - Whine and Dine Networking Group. Chris currently resides in Philadelphia, PA with his Family.
