With a strong desire to integrate work, life, and play, opportunities to be change agents, commit to a cause and communicate effectively excite and motivate these leaders. Feedback is a fuel that lights their ignition. In this timely and relevant webinar, learn how to proactively manage and empower millennial leaders to discover their strengths, balance their life, and master the art of giving and receiving feedback.

 

Our speakers for this session are Monique Russell and Tolu Akande.  Monique Russell is the managing partner of Clear Communication Solutions LLC, a communications coaching and consulting firm focused on helping women leaders go from good to great as confident communicators. Monique has served many individuals, organizations, and communities as a leadership and communications facilitator.  Tolu Akande is the owner and lead life and corporate coach at ToluCoaches, a Metro Atlanta coaching company designed to serve individuals and organizations in transition. Over the last two years, Tolu experienced the transition of being promoted to an executive position and then to an in-house leadership coach for the same company.

 

During this session our speakers will:

  • Discuss the importance of coaching for the millennial leader
  • Identify environmental and cultural criteria for successful in-house coaching
  • Describe the benefits of partnering with a corporate coach
