Many employees object to being judged for employment based on how they look. Most prefer to be assessed based on their skills and abilities, not because of our dress and grooming. BUT like it or not, appearance is important.  As HR professionals, supervisors and managers, employees - how do we deal with individuals who do not adhere to the company grooming and dress policy especially if there are other factors in play like religious beliefs, gender, and race issues.

Attorney and Author, Tracy Sanders is our speaker for this webinar.  She is the founder of Natural Hair and the Law, an organization formed to provide publications, workshops, and events addressing legal issues related to natural hair in the workplace and school.
